My Therapeutic Approach

I offer integrative counselling, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches to support you in a way that feels tailored to you.

I work with individuals and couples, with a particular focus on attachment, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and the impact of past experiences or trauma.

You may find yourself overthinking in relationships, feeling anxious or insecure, struggling with trust, or noticing patterns that keep repeating. Together, we can begin to understand where these patterns come from and how they are affecting you in the present.

My approach combines warmth, empathy and a non-judgemental space (person-centred therapy), with deeper exploration of past experiences and unconscious processes (psychodynamic therapy). This allows us not only to support you in the here and now, but also to gently explore the roots of what you’re experiencing.

When working with couples, I also draw on transactional analysis and solution-focused therapy to support clearer communication, deeper understanding, and meaningful change within the relationship.

I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported to develop more secure, fulfilling relationships, both with others and with yourself.

Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.

I offer online counselling, giving you the flexibility to access support from your own home or a private space that feels comfortable to you.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the impact of past experiences, opening up can feel daunting. Working online can make that first step feel more manageable, allowing you to talk from a space where you feel safe and in control.

Many clients find that online therapy fits more easily around their lives, whether that’s during a lunch break or at the end of the day, while still offering a meaningful and effective therapeutic experience.

Research shows that online counselling can be just as effective as in-person therapy. What matters most is the connection you feel and the space to explore what’s going on for you.

You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation to see whether this feels like the right fit for you.
